One of the fun parts of doing senior photography is finding out who these seniors really are under the cute outfits and beautiful hair. To my delight, they are bright, sweet seniors, who will bring so much to the world after graduation. It’s also fun to learn the little things that make up who they are. Makena, from Eastmont High School, works at an Orchard as her part time job. She also volunteers with children at Rock Island Elementary, and enjoys studying chemistry. This happy, blonde graduate says she counts making the “Homecoming Top Ten” as one of her favorite memories, and also loves her memories from Cheer, Dance, Builders Club, and Honors Society. She is passionate about animals, and says if she had a million dollars, it would all go right to her local Humane Society. After high school, Makena will be attending Wenatchee Valley College, and hopes to earn a spot in a nursing program. “I will miss my friends when I am at college”, she says, but she is also excited for the new experiences, and is busy planning her dorm room decor! I really love how her session came out; the outfits, light, and her sweet personality came together seamlessly.
Choosing a senior photographer for your session can be a bit daunting, but I truly want to make it as easy and stress free as possible. I try to be as available as possible to answer questions, explain the process, and help you understand what to expect. Whether you or your parents are planning your senior session, I love working with both seniors and parents/guardians, and I often get rave reviews for my fuss-free approach!
